Dining room,a restored farmhouse surrounded by the green hills rising up around the town of Arzignano, features a large portico, an intimate dining room and an "open-plan" cellar, which is currently being restored. The young, close-knit team of waiting staff work as one with the kitchen, and their polished, stylish service fully reflects the chef's approach.
Kitchen, the well-established, long-serving team revolves around the chef, who is firmly in control. The work area is organised to ensure a logical division of labour. Everything is made easier by the atmosphere of mutual respect and friendship (which also extends to the cooking).
Cellar, the result of a compelling passion, meaning the result of sacrifices, rejections, and infinite patience - in a word: "love". Gianni has been scouring the Champagne region for many years now, on a quest for elusive grapes (the wine list includes around 200 varieties of champagne), yet the collection features labels from all the world's wine-growing areas, traditional or otherwise. Most of the wine cellar will shortly be moved to a special "open-plan" area, accessed via the "cupboard"...
